Saif Ali Khan reveals whether his character dies in Devara Part 1

Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga recently interviewed Saif Ali Khan, delving into details about his character in the upcoming Telugu action film, Devara: Part 1. In a chat hosted by Sandeep, Saif Ali Khan, along with Janhvi Kapoor, Jr NTR, and filmmaker Siva Koratala, appeared as guests. Devara is scheduled to hit theatres on September 27.
As part of the film’s promotion, Animal director Sandeep Reddy Vanga hosted a chat. The video of this interview was subsequently released by the film’s creators (Yuvasudha Arts) on their official YouTube channel.
At one point, when Sandeep asked about the film’s storyline and whether his character dies in the film, Saif narrated incidents from the film’s shoot. He shared, “When I heard the story, it was great. The film has all this exciting action and stuff. I thought the role sounds great. As the story developed, I heard from Siva Sir that there was a change of plan now and the film would be in two parts. He also told me that my character develops in the second part and that he’s not dead. He’s rocking.”

Sandeep Reddy Vanga also asked Saif Ali Khan about his preparation for the role in the film. Additionally, he also jokingly asked him if he could recall any of his lines from Devara, given this mark is his Telugu debut.
Saif, who plays the primary antagonist, narrated, “I had to say these lines to a lady, and I was being cute. Suddenly, sweat started running down my back and I felt a thrill that I hadn’t felt for a long time. Even though it’s our country, and it’s another language, it was like a new thing for and I felt I was panicking thinking I might not do it properly”. When Sandeep asked, “Do you remember any lines?”, Saif responded with a grin, “I knew you’d ask me this”, causing everyone to burst into laughter.
Besides Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor, Devara also stars Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko in important roles.
